Kim Ageloff, LLC is an interior and architectural design company that helps clients achieve their vision of how they want to live, work and experience their environment.

Kim has designed and built over two million square feet for Fortune 500 companies, major law firms and professional services companies. These relationships have resulted in extensive residential interior and architectural design projects for senior executives and their families throughout Fairfield County and nationally.

Experienced in a wide range and scope of residential and commercial architectural design & construction projects, her creative, diverse and timeless design solutions are an extension of her clients’ own styles. Kim has a well-honed ability to optimize space for maximizing efficiency and utility. Her dedication to solving program needs and her execution of details and innovative solutions are unique to each client. Her work is a modernized interpretation of historical and classic architecture & design.

Kim consults with her clients from the early stages of a project to guide the process and organize the right collaborative team of disciplines including, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, furniture resources, custom millworkers, art consultants, landscapers, movers, etc. and is typically involved in all phases of design and execution.

Kim leads all aspects of the project including programming, feasibility studies, concept development, design plans & drawings, construction documents, furniture & finish recommendations, specifications and procurement, budget and schedule coordination, project management and project move-in coordination and installation.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architectural Design from Northern Illinois University. She is a member of International Interior Design Association (IIDA), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), American Institute of Architects Allied Member, (AIA) and is an NCIDQ certified Interior Designer.

Kim resides in New York and Chicago with her husband and three sons.
